DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
By selecting a time for delivery this time will be assumed to be the latest delivery time and as such delivery can be made at any time up to this time. Deliveries are Tuesday to Friday during business hours. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm.

If there is any reason that your order can’t be shipped we will contact you as soon as possible. This of course doesn’t relate to inflated Balloons or Balloon sculptures.

Flim Flams Party Store uses the Australia Post standard parcel post and various other Couriers. Flat Rate of $16.95 charge applies, this does not relate to inflated Balloons  or Balloon sculptures. Where items exceed the standard delivery parcel size of 22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm or 10kg, we reserve the right to advise that an update freight cost may apply. Freight to SA, WA, TAS, NT and VIC will need to be quoted on request.

Please advise if the goods are for a special event date and list this in the comments section at Checkout and we will make every effort to ensure your goods are received prior to this date.

When we are preparing and packing your order extra care is taken to protect your order during shipping. In rare occasions breakages can happen whilst in transit and Flim Flams Party Store/The Celebration Hub and its Associated Companies cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Couriers, Australia Post, misuse or damage caused by other parties.

Alternatively you may like to collect your items direct from our shop at 7 Gateway Drive, Biggera Waters.  Please select this option at checkout however please contact us on (07) 5596 1244 before collection to ensure your order is packed and ready to go.
