Return – Refund Policy

We love happy customers and hope we don’t hear from you!

Please choose carefully, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or your party is cancelled. We will however at our discretion offer a store credit valid for three (3) months if items are in unused and saleable condition.

If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty or not as described please let us know within 7 days of purchase (please provide copy of Receipt), we do not however refund for change of mind. We reserve our right to deny any claim or return. Returns must be returned to us in original packaging with shipping protection. All freight costs for return of goods are at the expense of the purchaser, except if Flim Flams Party Store/The Celebration Hub has shipped an incorrect item. Flim Flams Party Store/The Celebration Hub will not be responsible for return goods being lost in transit and suggest registering your return with your courier.

Balloon Care – Unfortunately balloons are delicate and can pop for no particular reason. Do not leave balloons in a hot car or in the sun. Float times vary greatly based on balloon material, humidity and temperature. We do not refund for balloons that have popped once they have left our premises.
